This top French bloodline has a long Grand Prix history, which traces back to the granddam of this embryo. Urgada de Kreisker is a direct daughter of Briseis d’Helby. As a broodmare, she produced, amongst others, the stallions Estoril du Cedre and Firenze du Cedre. She, in turn, also produced Dubai du Cedre – Julie Epaillard’s top horse, who won numerous five-star Grand Prix events. She was the winner of the Global Champions Tour Super Final, took bronze at the Olympic Games, and, under her current owner, still wins 1m65 classes at the highest level under the name Diriyah. As a broodmare, she has already produced four international-class horses, including the 1m55-approved stallion Istanbul du Cedre and Joli Coeur du Cedre. The dam’s first offspring appeared as a foal under the auctioneer’s hammer at the Zangersheide Quality Auction this year and was sold there to France for €42,000.
