Edwina Tops-Alexander broke through into the big sport thanks to her sublime Pilot mare Pialotta, who we find in the third generation in the dam line of this promising colt Nox RL Z. In total, this mare won five Grand Prixs, the Paris World Cup and competed at the World Equestrian Games and the European Championships. Pialotta has also become a household name in breeding and ten offspring are already performing in the international sport, including the 1.60m horse Utakable. Nox RL Z is bred out of the mare Puissance van de Roshoeve, who has a half-sister in the eight-year-old 1.45m horse Quilotta. Sire Nixon van ‘t Meulenhof performs at the highest level with Jos Verlooy and, like half-brother Emerald, seems to stand out in breeding.’
